How often will we restock Belcrest Beef?

We plan on restocking beef every 4-8 weeks. We have processing dates already schedule every other month in 2022. YAY!  

 

How long do you we Dry-Age our beef?

ALL of our beef is dry-aged for at least 21 days. You will taste the difference, we promise!

 

What do we feed our cattle? Are we Grass-Fed?

Our cattle are raised in Montana and on pasture their entire lives. We are considered Grass-Fed & Grain-Finished. Our operation does not have a fed lot. We offer "Grain-Finish" beef which means we add Steam Rolled Barley into their diet for 6 months before processing. That is it! 

 

Do we have an order minimum?

No, you can order as much or as little as you would like. We do recommend a minimum of 5 lbs in order to keep the beef frozen in transit. All orders are shipped with 5 lbs of dry ice.

 

Why is shipping so expensive? 

Shipping 1-2 day air is just plain costly. We have created our flat rate shipping prices based on 4 different zones in the U.S.

Central US-$29

East Coast-$49

The prices you see are the same if you by 5lbs of ground beef or create a 15lb box of beef, so the more you order the better the shipping cost.
